I tried the Beachbody Insanity DVDs for a couple of weeks… it was just too much for me, haha. So intense that it wasn’t fun for me anymore. xD
Oh yes I do, I’m just attempting a 14 days w/o one, but if my knees (I’m really careful about that!) feel weird, then I will 🙂
Hi, my much did u lose? I’ve been working on a lot of diet lately, too since my son was born. I might just wanna try yr plan.
I don’t really try to lose weight, I’m maintaining a good shape because I’m starting marathon training soon and bike training. And I normally take days off too. But it always work very well when I set shorter term goals (14 days).

I love Jillian’s workouts so much. I haven’t done one in months. I miss her. Thank you for reminding me! 🙂
