Ok. So there are a LOT of goals lined up this year, among which a marathon in October and well a race every single month until then. But For now, I will focus on a shorter term goal: Beach Body for Puerto Rico! That’s right, I’m going on vacation on February 22nd, and I can’t wait.. so here’s the workout schedule and countdown for which you will help me stay accountable. How will you do that? well simply by reading it, I will know I cannot let you or myself down. It’s also such a great way to stay in shape throughout those dark winter month.
